No manual but you should be able to find one online. Its only been turned on a few times. It is in good working condition. Has signs of wear sitting.

A couple of paint chips shown in pics and rubber grommets on mount holes are dried out. This is a Vector max sst 3000 power inverter model VEC051GM has been installed in my project motorhome for years.
