The COtek SP4000-248 is a 24-port managed Gigabit Ethernet switch that offers a range of features, including Quality of Service (QoS), link aggregation, and VLAN support. Here are some pros and cons to consider before making a purchase:
Pros:1. High Port Density: The SP4000-248 offers 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports, which is ideal for small to medium-sized businesses with a need for multiple network devices.
2. Managed Switch: The managed switch allows for advanced network configuration and monitoring, such as QoS, VLAN, and link aggregation.
3. Affordable: Compared to other managed switches in its class, the SP4000-248 is relatively affordable.
4. Energy Efficient: The switch features energy-saving technologies such as Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE), which reduces power consumption when there is no data transfer.
Cons:1. Limited Stackable Capacity: The SP4000-248 does not offer stackable capabilities, which means that multiple switches cannot be connected to form a single logical switch.
2. Limited PoE Budget: The switch only offers a total PoE budget of 150W, which may not be sufficient for devices that require more power.
3. Lack of Advanced Features: While the SP4000-248 offers basic managed features, it does not have more advanced features such as Layer 3 routing or link aggregation control protocol (LACP) stacking.
In conclusion, the COtek SP4000-248 is a solid choice for small to medium-sized businesses that require a managed switch with high port density at an affordable price. However, if you need advanced features such as stackable capabilities or a more robust PoE budget, you may want to consider other managed switches. Overall, the SP4000-248 is a reliable and cost-effective option for businesses with basic managed networking needs.
I need split phase output. It is a 4000 watt unit, 48 CDC input from battery bank, and 240 vac single phase output. Yes, it is out of the box, has been mounted to wall, hooked up battery bank and transfer switch box.
For sale is a Cotek SP4000-248 dc to ac pure sine wave inverter. When I purchased this did not know that it was single phase output, but came to find out later checking the voltage on 120 volt breakers without loads connected realized output and is why am selling. I am listing it as new because has never powered a load.
I purchased it from inverter supply.
