If you search google for the product page there are a few more details. No issue were seen with the fan or ability to deliver power. This inverter was used in a test vehicle all of its life the rear trunk and were lightly during 2 year period. Not much is known about this brand but it always delivered very clean power at a relative efficiency of inverter was tested 1000w for few hours to verify function.

There is some residue on the rear and side mounting tabs from previous Velcro adhesive strips. I did not remove it with acetone for fear the paint would come off also.
