It could get my Akita circular saw going and a small compressor. To, - I would use 2 gauge car audio cable or larger this also makes both end get full contact. You can crimp the cut ends into other side of clamps. 5amp refrigerator and a flat screen without any trouble.
I used it a few times for some projects while there was no power. Though I was a little paranoid because its not pure sine wave unit, but didn't blow any TV's. Only one end of the clamps are crimped.
A set of decent jumper cables cut in half and doubled will work. I've even used it to run our 6. This unit should have many years of dependable use ahead.
